Tumor vaccines that combine tumor antigens with immune adjuvants offer a promising strategy for cancer immunotherapy. A particularly effective approach involves the generation of tumor antigens within the tumor microenvironment and their subsequent delivery to the lymph nodes alongside immune adjuvants. However, Co-delivery of antigen and adjuvant on a single nano-platform remains facing some key problems, such as a single nanomedicine cannot simultaneously achieve antigen production, capture, and delivery to lymph nodes, as well as leakage of adjuvant due to destruction of nano-drug by exogenous stimuli and failure to capture antigen effectively.

Methods: Data of patients with stage I-III NSCLC was downloaded from online databases. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator was used to construct a lncRNA-based prognostic model.
Objectives: To develop and validate a preoperative CT-based nomogram combined with radiomic and clinical-radiological signatures to distinguish preinvasive lesions from pulmonary invasive lesions.
Methods: This was a retrospective, diagnostic study conducted from August 1, 2018, to May 1, 2020, at three centers. Patients with a solitary pulmonary nodule were enrolled in the GDPH center and were divided into two groups (7:3) randomly: development (n = 149) and internal validation (n = 54).
The phase flicker in digital liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) device introduces temporal phase noise to the phase pattern displayed on the device. Such temporal phase noise could elevate the power of unwanted diffraction orders and ultimately cause crosstalk in optical switches based on the LCOS technology. Building on our previous work, this paper demonstrated an automated phase flicker optimisation process by using the genetic algorithm.
