Patients And Methods: In our study, we enrolled 139 acne vulgaris patients as cases and 86 normal adults as controls.

Local Structure and Optical Absorption of Mn Intoxicated YPO Single Crystals.

Utilizing perturbation theory and the superposition model, the zero field splitting parameters for the Mn intoxicated crystals of YPO are obtained. Considering local distortion in the calculation, the evaluated parameters fairly match the experimental ones. Theoretical evidence corroborates the experimental inference that the Mn ion substitutes at the Y site in YPO.

Drone-based medical delivery in the extreme conditions of Himalayan region: a feasibility study.

Introduction: Unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, have emerged as versatile tools across various sectors, including defence, agriculture, surveillance, mining, infrastructure, emergency response, transportation, geospatial mapping and notably medical supply delivery to challenging terrains. This study aims to investigate the feasibility of using drones for delivering essential medical supplies in Keylong, Himachal Pradesh, situated amidst the Middle Himalayan Range, where heavy snowfall during peak winter restricts access to remote regions, posing logistical hurdles for healthcare provision.

The morphologic finding of transplant glomerulitis (g) forms important evidence of microvascular injury. Besides antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR), this morphological feature is also seen in acute cellular rejection (ACR) and vasculitis but not included in the grading criteria for cellular rejection. A systematic review was thus conducted to summarize the current evidence and shed light on the quantum of impetus to be given to this finding when encountered during evaluation of renal biopsies.
