Yunnancoronarin A, a prominent natural labdane diterpene, has a range of pharmacological characteristics. In this study, 11 compounds (-) were synthesised using an acylation procedure and subsequent photooxidation, with yunnancoronarin A serving as the starting material. The structures of the eleven novel compounds were determined using H NMR,C NMR, and HR-ESI-MS.

Cell migration, a critical step in metastasis, is driven by actin polymerization mediated by actin-related proteins 2 and 3 (Arp2/3) at the leading edge of lamellipodia. Here, we report that UFM1-specific E3 ligase 1 (UFL1) interacts with and catalyzes the UFMylation of ArpC4, a core subunit of the Arp2/3 complex.

Inactivation of the p53 pathway is linked to a variety of human cancers. As a critical component of the p53 pathway, ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) acts as a deubiquitinase for both p53 and its ubiquitin E3 ligase mouse double minute 2 homolog. Here, myeloid leukemia factor 2 (MLF2) is reported as a new negative regulator of p53.

This study examined the relationship between sleep disturbances and ASD core symptoms, and the mediating role of gaze patterns during the facial emotion recognition (FER) task. The study included 57 children with ASD and 59 age- and intelligence-matched typically developing (TD) controls aged 3-7 years.
