This presentation underscores the extensive differential diagnoses for right atrial masses, their myriad clinical manifestations, and highlights the invasive nature of even ostensibly "benign" thymomas.

Introduction: Macroreentrant atrial tachycardias (MRAT) predominate the atrial arrhythmias in patients with operated heart disease, and advances in interventional electrophysiology and catheter ablation technology have pioneered a shift in their management.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed clinical, procedural, and outcome data from a cohort of patients who had undergone radiofrequency (RF) ablation for MRAT (utilizing high-density atrial mapping) following cardiac surgery for congenital or acquired heart disease.
Results: Forty-one patients underwent ablation for a MRAT from 2016 to 2023.
Community health workers are crucial bridges between health systems and local populations, uniquely positioned at the intersection of personal experiences and professional duties. Yet, limited research examines how these workers' personal health decisions influence their clients' behaviours. This study addresses this gap by investigating associations between the maternal experiences of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) and perinatal health practices among their clients (recent mothers) in Bihar, India.

In 2005, India launched the Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) program, which has augmented access to medical services and health education in marginalized rural communities. Despite notable progress in health delivery, uptake of medical services remains below target levels. The current research asked ASHAs and their clients why people reject medical advice and what the ASHAs could do to convince them otherwise.

Background: Dissecting aneurysm of the interventricular septum (DAIS) is a rare congenital or acquired anomaly which can have a progressive course. We report a large DAIS incidentally detected by a routine echocardiogram.
Case Summary: An asymptomatic tricenarian was incidentally detected to a DAIS during a routine pre-operative evaluation.
Diacylglycerols (DAGs) are used for metabolic purposes and are tightly regulated secondary lipid messengers in eukaryotes. DAG subspecies with different fatty-acyl chains are proposed to be involved in the activation of distinct PKC isoforms, resulting in diverse physiological outcomes. However, the molecular players and the regulatory origin for fine-tuning the PKC pathway are unknown.

A few hours following cardioversion and amiodarone infusion, the monitor showed grouped beating in triplets and a 12‑lead electrocardiogram documented the same. What is the diagnosis?

Mycobacteriophages show considerable potential as therapies for Mycobacterium infections, but little is known about the structural details of these phages or how they bind to and traverse the complex Mycobacterium cell wall. Here, we report the complete structure and atomic model of phage Bxb1, including the arrangement of immunodominant domains of both the capsid and tail tube subunits, as well as the assembly of the protein subunits in the tail-tip complex.

The National Family Health Survey-5 (NFHS-5) reveals that only 11% of children in this age group consume diets meeting the minimum dietary diversity requirements. To address this, a targeted intervention was designed and implemented to improve dietary diversity in children.

Baseline electrocardiogram (ECG) showed normal sinus rhythm with no preexcitation. Tachycardia ECG showed a regularly irregular short RP NCT at the rate of around 150/min with alternating cycle lengths of 320 ms and 360 ms.

Intermittent P-wave non-tracking in pacemaker electrograms is an infrequent observation in routine clinical practice. While this finding may suggest significant device malfunction, it can also represent a benign response to advanced pacemaker algorithms. This article presents a differential diagnosis of intermittent P-wave non-tracking, with the aim of facilitating accurate interpretation and minimizing unnecessary diagnostic procedures.

Women's SHGs have shown members' health improvements by promoting awareness, practices and access to services. This study investigates whether Health & Nutrition (HN) interventions delivered by JEEViKA Technical Support Program (JTSP) via SHG platforms could improve maternal and newborn health and nutritional behaviors in rural Bihar.

Besides the aspects mentioned above, this case delves into the potential limitations of existing algorithms and the adverse effects of anti-tachycardia pacing.

Takayasu arteritis (TA) is a form of large vessel vasculitis that may lead to fibrosis, stenosis, or aneurysm formation of vessels. Its presentation varies depending on the arterial beds involved. We report 3 cases out of around 150 cases of TA with rare initial presentations of brachial plexopathy caused by an axillary artery aneurysm, complicated type A intramural hematoma, and renal artery aneurysms along with abdominothoracic TA presenting as a pulsatile abdominal mass.

Being a central metabolite of the lipid metabolism network, DAGs are omnipresent in all life forms. While the role of DAG has been established in membrane and storage lipid biogenesis, it can impart crucial physiological functions including membrane shapeshifting, regulation of membrane protein activity, and transduction of cellular signalling as a lipid-based secondary messenger.

Background: The occurrence of cerebral aneurysm in a case of cardiac myxoma is rare with less than 60 cases reported worldwide. The course of management is still debatable given its rarity. We present a case of multiple intracranial aneurysms secondary to atrial myxoma in a young lady with a brief review of the literature.
