Background And Objectives: Sleep-disordered breathing is highly prevalent in stroke patients. It is associated with recurrence of stroke and poor neurologic outcomes. Polysomnography (PSG), the gold standard for diagnosing sleep apnea, may not be feasible for routine evaluation in stroke patients.

Background: Sleep quality and architecture are rarely studied in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and Myelin Oligodendrocyte associated disorder (MOGAD).
Objectives: To study sleep characteristics in patients with NMOSD and MOGAD.
Methods: This prospective study (Total:72patients) was carried out in 27-Aquaporin-4positive-NMOSD (AQP4+NMO), 20-MOGAD and 25-dual seronegative NMOSD (SNNMOSD).
Background: Stroke is a major public health and clinical challenge that results in significant mortality and disability. Stroke survivors require care and support, particularly during the crucial 3 months post-stroke when 95% of functional neurological recovery occurs. To estimate case-fatality and extent of disability, assess perceived needs, barriers, and unmet needs for care, and ascertain pathways to care post-discharge (at 3 months) among first-ever stroke patients attending a tertiary care neuro-specialty center in India.

Objective: To explore sleep patterns in individuals with essential tremor (ET) and essential tremor plus (ET-Plus) compared with healthy controls and assess differences between ET and ET-Plus, given the lack of established polysomnography (PSG) data on these groups and the potential for sleep disturbances to serve as clinical markers.
Methods: We conducted a prospective cross-sectional study at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bengaluru, from November 2021 to August 2023 on 45 patients (26 ET, 19 ET-Plus) and 45 controls. Tremor severity was assessed using The Essential Tremor Rating Assessment Scale (TETRAS) and Fahn-Tolosa-Marin Clinical Rating Scale (FTMRS).
