Objective: The study identifies risk factors for SLE-associated Sjögren's syndrome (SLE-SS), based on multiple cohorts and meta-analysis.
Methods: Three cohorts (Luzhou cohort, Enshi cohort, and Chengdu cohort) were initially conducted, and clinical, laboratory characteristics from patients with SLE-only and SLE-SS patients were collected and we discussed risk factors related to SLE-SS. Subsequently, a meta-analysis discussed risk factors related to SLE-SS risk from published articles and our studies.
Aim: The aim of this study was to construct a predictive model to evaluate the risk of overlapping syndrome (OS), including the combination of systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Sjögren's syndrome in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) from multicenters.
Methods: This study included SLE patients in the development cohort (n = 4714) and the external validation cohort (n = 2271). SLE patients in the development cohort were randomly divided into the training cohort and the internal validation cohort at a 7:3 ratio.
The prevalence of Metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Sichuan of China has not yet been estimated. Meanwhile the association among anxiety, subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) and MetS was less well-studied. The data was retrieved retrospectively from Health Promotion Center of West China Hospital database between 2014 and 2017.

Health examination is an important method for early detection of people with different risk of stroke. This study estimates the risk of stroke and identify risk factors for people who underwent health examinations at the Health Examination Center at West China Hospital, Sichuan University from July 2014 to February 2018.A total of 31,464 people were recruited in this study and divided into 3 groups (low risk, moderate risk, and high risk) according to risk of stroke.
