Clinical characteristics of cervical lymphadenopathy in Kawasaki disease and the generation of related cervical complications: a retrospective cohort study.

Objectives: Cervical lymphadenopathy (CL) is a significant but underexplored feature of Kawasaki disease (KD), especially during its early stages. Although CL is a recognized diagnostic criterion for KD, it is frequently misdiagnosed as bacterial cervical lymphadenitis (BCL). This study aimed to investigate the clinical and imaging characteristics of CL in KD, particularly in cases, where KD initially presents with fever and cervical lymphadenopathy (LKD).

A new species of the genus Elocomosta Hansen, 1989 (Coleoptera: Hydrophilidae: Sphaeridiinae: Coelostomatini), Elocomosta lilizheni sp. n., is described from Guangxi Province, China.

A review of the omicrine genera Omicrogiton, Mircogioton and Peratogonus of China (Coleoptera, Hydrophilidae, Sphaeridiinae).

The Chinese species of the genera Omicrogiton Orchymont, 1919, Peratogonus Sharp, 1884 and Mircogioton Orchymont, 1937 are reviewed, diagnosed and keyed. Mircogioton and Omicrogiton are reported for the first time from China, Peratogonus for the first time for mainland China. Five species are recognized: Omicrogitoncoomani Balfour-Browne, 1939 (Guangdong, Hongkong), Omicrogitonhainanensis sp.

Cymbiodyta lishizheni sp. nov., the second species of the genus from China.

The water scavenger beetle genus Cymbiodyta Bedel contains 30 species (Jia & Short 2010, Short & Fikáček 2011), most of which are distributed in North America. Only one species (Cymbiodyta orientalis Jia & Short, 2010) has been described since the worldwide revision of the genus by Smetana (1974). This taxon was the second species of the genus known from the Old World and the first species known from the Oriental Region.

Additions to the review of Chinese Enochrus, with description of a new species (Coleoptera, Hydrophilidae, Enochrinae).

A new species, Enochrus (Methydrus) limbourgisp. n., is described from Jiangxi Province, Southeast China, and illustrated.
