Background: Kidney marginality criteria consider the impact of donor characteristics on graft failure risk. To evaluate graft quality according to both the donor and recipient, we identified recipient characteristics that may modify the predictive capacity of a donor marginality score.
Methods: From the French DIVAT (Données Informatisées et VAlidées en Transplantation) cohort, we included 8299 patients who received a single deceased donor kidney graft between 2000 and 2022.

Background: Unlike X-linked or autosomal recessive Alport syndrome, no clear genotype/phenotype correlation has yet been demonstrated in patients carrying a single variant of COL4A3 or COL4A4.
Methods: We carried out a multicentre retrospective study to assess the risk factors involved in renal survival in patients presenting a single pathogenic variant on COL4A3 or COL4A4.

Background: Islet transplantation has been associated with better metabolic control and quality of life than insulin treatment alone, but direct evidence of its effect on hard clinical endpoints is scarce. Methods: This single-center, retrospective, observational study included all women with hereditary thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura or immune thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura who had had at least one subsequent pregnancy after thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura diagnosis between 2003 and 2022. The strategy comprised weekly surveillance of platelet count during pregnancy (and quarterly monitoring of ADAMTS13 activity) for women with immune thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, without any routine prophylactic treatment.
