Objective: Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) have been shown to predict outcomes in several cancers. This study aimed to evaluate the density and location of regulatory T cells (Tregs) using immunohistochemistry (IHC) in urothelial carcinomas (UC) of the bladder and to assess their prognostic value.

Material And Methods: We have retrospectively collected all cases of UC of the bladder infiltrating at least the lamina propria, diagnosed in our pathology department between 2011-2021.

Renal angiomyolipoma with Fatty thrombus extending to the right atrium: an exceptional presentation.

This paper reports the case of 34-year-old woman who presented with bilateral renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs). On the right side, there was a large AML with a fatty thrombus extending to the right atrium. The treatment consisted of right nephrectomy and complete thrombectomy with extracorporeal circulation and right atriotomy.

Paratesticular pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma: a report of two cases.

Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a rare tumor with an aggressive behavior, described mainly in adulthood. Herein we present two cases of paratesticular pleomorphic RMS in 71- and 16-year-old patients with metastases at initial diagnosis. Histological, immunohistochemical, and ultrastructural findings were essential to confirm diagnosis.

A colourachal-cutaneous fistula: a report of an unusual case.
