Background: Aurora kinase B (AURKB), a key regulator of mitosis, is frequently upregulated in various malignancies, including colorectal cancer (CRC), and is associated with poor prognosis. However, the limited clinical efficacy of AURKB inhibitors suggests the existence of previously unrecognized oncogenic mechanisms that merit further investigation.
Methods: AURKB was prioritized through bioinformatic analysis, and its elevated expression in CRC was validated via single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and western blot.
Esophageal and gastric cancers are aggressive malignancies with poor prognoses due to late-stage diagnosis. Our study recruited 275 healthy participants, 201 gastric cancer patients, 74 esophageal patients and 103 patients with precancerous conditions. The participants were assigned into training and validation cohorts.

This study elucidates how the fit between multitasking and polychronicity among employees in organizations can synergistically influence their self-leadership within the context of AI empowerment. This study conducts two time-lagged survey studies using polynomial regression analysis, block variable analysis, and response surface methodology based on the "Fit Between Individuals, Tasks and Technology" (FITT) framework and the JD-R theoretical model.

Cells are assumed to secrete and respond to negative feedback molecules which act as a control on the stem cell divisions (including self-renewal, asymmetrical cell division (ACD) and differentiation). The densities of cells and molecules are described by coupled reaction-diffusion partial differential equations, and the plane wavefront propagation speeds can be obtained analytically and verified numerically.
