Objectives: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on the neuronal activity of primary afferent dorsal root ganglion (DRG) caused by different mechanical stimuli such as brush, clamp [clamping hind paw or "Zusanli" (ST36) acupoint] or stimulation at different temperatures (43 ℃, 51 ℃, 4 ℃), so as to explore the interaction between EA signals and different primary afferent signals at the DRG level.

Methods: The strength threshold of activated A fiber was determined by electrophysiological technique. DRG neurons were labeled by intrathecal injection of AAV9 virus, and the response of DRG neurons to different primary afferent stimuli was observed and recorded by calcium imaging.

The microbial terroir is an indispensable part of the terroir panorama, and can improve wine quality with special characteristics. In this study, eight autochthonous yeasts (), selected in Huailai country, China, were trailed in small-scale and pilot fermentations for both white (Riesling and Sémillon) and red (Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) wines and evaluated by GC-MS analysis and the rate-all-that-apply (RATA) method. Compared to commercial yeast strains, the indigenous yeasts were able to produce higher concentrations of ethyl esters and fatty acid ethyl esters, and higher alcohol, resulting in higher odor activity values of fruity, floral attributes.

Objective: To observe the pressure pain threshold (PPT), skin conductance (SC) and blood perfusion (BP) of the sensitized acupoints in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA), and explore the mechanism of acupuncture at the sensitized acupoints for treating diseases.

Methods: Eleven healthy subjects and 11 unilateral KOA patients were recruited from July 2020 to March 2021 in this study. The PPT, SC and BP of control acupoints in healthy controls, and non-sensitized and sensitized acupoints in KOA patients were measured and compared between baseline and after manual acupuncture (MA) treatment.

Objective: To investigate the changes of skin temperature, blood infusion and inflammatory cytokines of cutaneous tissue in the sensitized area of colitis model rats, as well as the relationship between sensory and sympathetic nerves and the formation of sensitized area, and to initially reveal the partial physicalchemical characteristics of the sensitized area in the colitis model rats.
