In the field of 3D vision, point cloud data often suffers from partial missing regions due to occlusion, reflection, or viewpoint limitations, which severely affects downstream tasks. Existing cross modal point cloud completion methods directly employ cross attention mechanisms for feature fusion, without considering the feature distributions and noise between different modalities, leading to suboptimal completion results. In this paper, we propose a novel cross modal point cloud completion framework, CMFF, which takes partial point clouds and single view images as inputs.

The aim of this meta-analysis was to assess the safety and efficacy of combined stent retriever and contact aspiration for the treatment of acute ischaemic stroke with large vessel occlusion by comparing it with stent retriever alone.
Methods: We systematically searched the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and The Cochrane Library databases for randomised controlled trials and observational studies (case-control and cohort studies) published before 1 October 2023 comparing the efficacy of combined stent retriever and contact aspiration versus tent retriever alone in patients with large vessel occlusive stroke.
Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that participates in innate and adaptive immune responses and plays an important role in host defense, autoimmune diseases, tissue regeneration, metabolic regulation, and tumor progression. Post-translational modifications (PTMs) are crucial for protein function, stability, cellular localization, cellular transduction, and cell death. However, PTMs of IL-17 receptor A (IL-17RA) have not been investigated.

Methods: In this retrospective study, the SCS group comprised 102 patients with ischemic diabetic foot who were treated with SCS for foot ulcers and nonhealing wounds due to severe lower limb ischemia.
Ras-GTPase-activating protein (SH3 domain)-binding proteins (G3BP) are RNA binding proteins that play a critical role in stress granule (SG) formation. SGs protect critical mRNAs from various environmental stress conditions by regulating mRNA stability and translation to maintain regulated gene expression. Recent evidence suggests that G3BPs can also regulate mRNA expression through interactions with RNA outside of SGs.

Unlike traditional local aggregation operations, the algorithm generates an adaptive kernel through the dynamic learning features of points, so that it can dynamically adapt to the structure of the object, i.e.

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), caused by mutations in PKD1 and PKD2 (PKD1/2), has unexplained phenotypic variability likely affected by environmental and other genetic factors. Approximately 10% of individuals with ADPKD phenotype have no causal mutation detected, possibly due to unrecognized risk variants of PKD1/2. This study was designed to identify risk variants of PKD genes through population genetic analyses.

UBR5, a HECT-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase, is an attractive therapeutic target for aggressive breast cancers. Defining the substrates of UBR5 is crucial for scientific understanding and clinical intervention. Here, we demonstrate that CDC73, a component of the RNA polymerase II-associated factor 1 complex, is a key substrate that impedes UBR5's profound tumorigenic and metastatic activities in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) via mechanisms of regulating the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin, tumor cell apoptosis and CD8 T cell infiltration.

Loss-of-function mutations in SPOP occur in 10% of primary prostate cancer with a high Gleason grade and poor prognosis. However, it is unclear how the ubiquitin ligase activity of SPOP is controlled and how dysregulation of SPOP contributes to malignant transformation.
