Introduction: Alcohol withdrawal syndrome (AWS) and serotonin syndrome (SS) share several overlapping symptoms, complicating diagnosis in patients with alcohol use disorder (AUD) on serotonergic treatment.
Case Presentation: We describe a 54-year-old male with a history of AUD and anxiety disorder who presented to a residential treatment center after patient report about 11 days of alcohol abstinence. Despite an initially mild withdrawal course, he developed worsening tremors, nausea, diarrhea, diaphoresis, muscle twitching, rigidity, and restlessness beyond the typical AWS timeframe.
Introduction: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a primary health concern that leads to Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), with more than 39.9 million people living with HIV globally. Dolutegravir sodium is a lipophilic compound with a log P value of 2.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the genetic diversity in Large White Yorkshire pigs based on variations in Insulin like growth factor binding protein 2 (IGFBP2) gene which is involved in regulation of embryonic development and association of variants with economic traits. Blood samples were collected from 100 pigs and polymorphism was explored in IGFBP2 gene using Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique.

With an increase in the number of ABHA accounts, understanding time requirements and bottlenecks in these digital workflows is crucial for successful implementation.
Primary Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of patient registration by measuring and comparing the time taken for each step in the online registration and conventional offline OPD registration.
Background: Maternity care is a complex system involving treatments and interactions between patients, healthcare providers, and the care environment. To enhance patient safety and outcomes, it is crucial to understand the human factors (e.g.

Purpose: This study evaluated the three year clinical outcomes and predictors of success for unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) in an Indian population.
Methods: Twenty patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis (≥ Ahlbäck grade 2) underwent UKA. American Knee Society Score (AKSS), Oxford Knee Score (OKS), and Visual Analogue Scale Score (VAS) were assessed at baseline, two weeks, six weeks, three months, and three years.
In time-weighted averaging (TWA) with needle trap extraction (NTE), the control of the sampling rate is critical for accurate analysis. By adjusting the diffusion length and cross-sectional area, the sampling rate can be modified in accordance with Fick's first law of diffusion. In this study, deactivated fused silica tubing (DFST) of varying lengths was used to fine-tune these parameters, allowing for precise control of the sampling rate in TWA-NTE devices.

Objective: Researchers have shown significant interest in cancer stem cells in recent years. CD44, CD24, CD133, and ALDH serve as indicators of cancer stem cell-like cells in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma. However, the prognostic significance of these Cancer Stem Cell markers in Squamous Cell Carcinoma is still debated.

However, this configuration limits the resolution especially in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) applications. To address the issue of low pixel density in display technology, this study demonstrated vertically stacked three-terminal (3-T) bottom-emitting tandem OLEDs (sOLED).

Materials And Method: This prospective, observational study enrolled patients undergoing elective coronary angiography or a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedure. The patients were stratified into four risk groups based on the Mehran risk score, a validated tool for predicting the risk of CIN.
Celiac axis stenosis (CAS) is one of the most prevalent splanchnic arterial pathologies. It seldom results in clinically severe ischemic bowel disease because of the rich collateral circulation from the superior mesenteric artery. Knowledge about the collaterals in celiac artery stenosis guides various interventional procedures.

The focus of our study is to evaluate variations in the origin level in the coeliac trunk, superior mesenteric artery, inferior mesenteric artery, and aortic bifurcation in the Indian population and compare with various demographics.
Methods: The study was retrospective and the local ethics committee approval was taken before starting it.
Opioid use disorder (OUD) and overdose deaths are a public health crisis. One contributing factor is stigma towards people who use opioids. We developed and conducted a public-facing, half-day educational event designed to challenge misperceptions about OUD from a contemporary neuroscience perspective.

Groundwater is widely recognized as a vital source of fresh drinking water worldwide. However, the rapid, unregulated population growth and increased industrialization, coupled with a rise in human activities, have significantly harmed the quality of groundwater. Changes in the local topography and drainage systems in an area have negative impacts on both the quality and quantity of groundwater.
