Background: Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is one of the most common forms of joint degeneration, frequently resulting in persistent pain, reduced mobility, and impaired quality of life. The disease is characterized by the progressive breakdown of articular cartilage, synovial inflammation, and subchondral bone changes. Conventional management options such as analgesics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), corticosteroid injections, and surgical procedures are primarily aimed at alleviating symptoms rather than reversing or halting disease progression.

Coronary sinus reducer (CSR) has been introduced as a promising treatment option for patients with refractory angina. However, the avaliable evidence regarding the exact role of CSR in managing refractory angina is still inconclusive and limited by several factors, such as small sample size studies, and short follow up periods.

This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of perampanel (PER) as adjunctive therapy in patients with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS), focusing on seizure outcomes and adverse events (AEs). A comprehensive literature search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane CENTRAL up to June 2025. Clinical trials and observational studies assessing PER in LGS patients were included.

Objective: This study aimed to conduct a meta-analysis comparing the efficacy of temporary (ie, without implantable pulse generator) spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) in managing postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).
Materials And Methods: A systematic review was performed using Scopus, PubMed, Cochrane CENTRAL, Web of Science, and Embase databases through January 1, 2025, targeting randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing SCS and PRF in PHN management. Two independent reviewers undertook screening, extracted data, and assessed risk of bias using the Cochrane Risk-of-Bias 2.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune skin disorder characterized by progressive depigmentation due to melanocyte destruction. Despite various treatment options, achieving complete repigmentation remains challenging. Simvastatin, a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor, has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, making it a promising candidate for vitiligo treatment.

Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis adhering to PRISMA guidelines was conducted. Scopus, PubMed, and Cochrane CENTRAL databases were searched until December 6, 2024, for clinical trials and observational studies on DRF in RMS.
Background: Essential tremor (ET) is a common neurological disorder that significantly impacts daily activities. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cerebellar repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) and cerebellar Theta Burst Stimulation (TBS) in treating ET.
Methods: We searched through June 14, 2024, four databases (Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane CENTRAL) to identify clinical trials investigating cerebellar rTMS or TBS in ET patients.
The corrosion inhibition of ( )- , -bis(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine, DMAB, against the destruction of C-steel in dilute HCl media (1.0 M) was examined. The techniques of gravimetry, gasometry, potentiodynamic, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy are utilized.
