We hypothesized that HIV-dolutegravir-resistance is more frequent when co-administered with nucleos(t)ides with shorter intracellular half-lives. Multivariable analysis of 183 viremic (≥200c/mL) participants from four cohorts (N=660 participants) found dolutegravir-resistance in 21 (11.5%).

Brexucabtagene autoleucel (brexu-cel) is a chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T) cell therapy approved for adults with relapsed or refractory (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). We studied the impact of social determinants of health (SDoH) on outcomes of adults with B-ALL receiving brexu-cel. This retrospective analysis included adults (≥18 years) with R/R B-ALL treated with brexu-cel between 2021 and 2023.

Pilot testing of an online cultural competency training utilizing an intersectionality framework.

Background: Current cultural competency training aiming to decrease implicit bias amongst medical students, residents, and physicians shows mixed effectiveness. To address limitations in existing training, the authors developed an online training (a) grounded in an intersectional approach to patients' identities and the disparities they experience; and (b) focused on communication skills. The authors hypothesized that the training would increase learners' knowledge, attitudes, and communication efficacy.

An open access resource for marmoset neuroscientific apparatus.

The use of the common marmoset () for neuroscientific inquiry has grown precipitously over the past two decades. Despite windfalls of grant support from funding initiatives in North America, Europe, and Asia to model human brain diseases in the marmoset, marmoset-specific apparatus are of sparse availability from commercial vendors and thus are often developed and reside within individual laboratories. Through our collective research efforts, we have designed and vetted myriad designs for awake or anesthetized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT), as well as focused ultrasound (FUS), electrophysiology, optical imaging, surgery, and behavior in marmosets across the age-span.
