Purpose: The health impact of dairy products is debated due to their high saturated fatty acid (SFA) content. Emerging evidence suggests that dairy products intake may reduce cardiovascular disease risk, despite their SFA-rich lipids, leading to the "dairy food matrix" concept. Nevertheless, the impact of lipid and SFA intake from whole dairy sources on cardio-metabolic health remains poorly understood.

Background: Antihypertensive therapy (AHT) is usually lifelong. The feasibility of discontinuing AHT in selected individuals is insufficiently studied.
Aims: To assess the feasibility of discontinuing AHT in patients on monotherapy or low-dose dual therapy, and identify factors associated with maintaining normotension without treatment for one year.
Objective: Despite neuropathic pain affecting a significant portion of the population, many people still experience refractory conditions. Here, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of posterior-superior insula deep brain stimulation for pharmaco-resistant neuropathic pain.
Materials And Methods: This was a phase 2 randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled, cross-over trial.

Aims: Balanced dual V1a/ V2 vasopressin receptor antagonism may offer potential advantages as an adjunctive and/or a replacement therapy to loop diuretic therapy.
Methods And Results: AVANTI was a double-blind, randomized trial in patients hospitalized with heart failure and residual congestion. In Part A, patients received pecavaptan or placebo as adjunctive therapy to standard of care for 30 days.
Introduction: Dyspnoea frequently leads to admissions in the Emergency Department (ED). Rapid and accurate diagnosis, specifically to distinguish acute heart failure from pneumonia and exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), is imperative to initiate appropriate therapy. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and performance of the EMERgency ALgorithm efficiency for Dyspneic patient-UltraSound (EMERALD-US) algorithm using ultrasound (US) to diagnose the etiology of dyspnea in the ED-admitted patients.
