Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have achieved parity in efficiency with silicon-based solar cells. This dependency introduces stability challenges and complicates device fabrication due to the traditional air-oxidation doping process, which is time-consuming, unpredictable, and requires continuous monitoring of device variability. Here, we propose two triphenyl sulfonium (TPS) salts as UV-light-triggered radical-generating dopants for 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis [N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl) amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMeTAD).

Although the power conversion efficiency values of perovskite solar cells continue to be refreshed, it is still far from the theoretical Shockley-Queisser limit. Two major issues need to be addressed, including disorder crystallization of perovskite and unbalanced interface charge extraction, which limit further improvements in device efficiency. Herein, we develop a thermally polymerized additive as the polymer template in the perovskite film, which can form monolithic perovskite grain and a unique "Mortise-Tenon" structure after spin-coating hole-transport layer.

The utilization of biomass resources has attracted more and more attention due to the consumption of non-renewable resources. Compared with cellulose and lignin, hemicellulose has been less studied. Some ionic liquids (ILs) have been proved to be excellent solvents for lignocellulosic pretreatment.
