Diagnosing PCNSL presenting with rapidly progressive neurocognitive symptoms can be challenging, especially when the patient was previously treated with immunosuppressants for suspected autoimmune processes. We present a case where PCNLS was eventually and successfully treated 18 months after neurological symptoms started.
