Purpose: Despite its importance, little is known about the patterns and predictors of Survivorship Clinic attendance in head and neck cancer (HNC). We sought to determine the cumulative incidence of Survivorship Clinic attendance stratified by demographic, clinical, and socioeconomic factors, and to identify factors independently associated with attendance.
Methods: Our analysis population consisted of 2,252 patients diagnosed with primary HNC and seen at our institution's HNC Survivorship Clinic after completing treatment from 2016-2021.
Aim Of The Study: The aim of the study is to describe clinical features, treatment approach and outcomes of recurrent/metastatic (R/M) NPC in non-endemic areas MATERIALS AND METHODS: This observational, retrospective and multicenter study was conducted within 36 referral hospital in non-endemic areas including Europe, Jordan, Kuwait, Turkey and United States of America. All NPC patients diagnosed between 2004 and 2016 and with a minimum 12 months of follow-up were included. Data entry started in January 2018 and closed in December 2023.

Background: Compressive neuropathy in the upper extremity is a common and often debilitating condition that significantly impacts function and quality of life. Despite its prevalence, the diagnosis, and management of compressive neuropathies remain complex with promising innovations. Plastic surgeons play a critical role in both surgical and nonsurgical interventions for these conditions.
