Heart failure due to acute mitral regurgitation (MR) may present with atypical findings on physical examination and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), making the diagnosis difficult. A 72-year-old male was transferred to our hospital with severe cardiorespiratory failure and was initially suspected to have severe pneumonia based on the acute onset and imaging findings. Methods: Tooth etchants with three different compositions, designed for application to teeth before dental adhesive - " K-etchant GEL" (containing phosphoric acid), "Enamel Conditioner" (containing organic acids), and "Multi Etchant" (containing acidic monomer) - were applied to hydroxyapatite plates.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate bonding performance and dentin interface acid resistance using a 4-META/MMA-TBB based restorative material (BF) compared to a conventional 4-META/MMA-TBB resin cement (SB), and the effect of sodium fluoride (NaF) addition to the materials.
