Neurodegenerative diseases (NDs), including Alzheimer's, Huntington's, and Parkinson's disease, are associated with significant declines in cognitive function and mobility. The accumulation of misfolded proteins such as β-amyloid, tau, α-synuclein, and polyglutamates is a key factor in the progression of these conditions. Unfortunately, traditional small-molecule drugs face major obstacles in effectively targeting these proteins.

Objectives: The current systematic review and meta-analysis aims to assess the safety and immunogenicity of the anticaries vaccines currently available.
Materials And Methods: Electronic searches of PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science and Science Direct were performed. Studies assessing the safety and effectiveness of the anticaries vaccination, including the dose, plasmids, serum IgG and IgA levels after immunization, were included.
Mosquito-borne diseases pose significant public health challenges, necessitating the development of effective and sustainable vector control strategies. This study investigated the feeding preferences of 4 mosquito species (Aedes aegypti Linnaeus, Aedes albopictus Skuse, Culex quinquefasciatus Say, and Anopheles quadrimaculatus Say) for various fruit juices using a home-made choice chamber. We also assessed the impact of combining biogents lure and boric acid into attractive toxic sugar baits to enhance mosquito attraction and mortality.

All the hybrids (9a-t), including their precursors (3a-t and 8a-t), were assessed for their anti-tubercular activity, alongside the standard anti-tubercular drug, INH. Among them, 9d (MIC = 1.
