Purpose: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein family members (IGF2BPs) in pan-cancer and evaluate their potential as targets for tumor immunotherapy.
Methods: Based on data from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA) database, pan-cancer analysis was conducted to examine the clinical significance of IGF2BPs expression in twenty-two tumors.
Results: Differential expression analysis showed high expression of IGF2BPs in most tumor tissues.
Background: Insomnia and depression often receive inadequate attention regarding their association with common menopausal gynecological disorders (GDs), and there is a lack of longitudinal epidemiological evidence. Furthermore, the specific disorders that exhibit the strongest correlation with depression, as well as the potential mediating role of insomnia, remain poorly understood.
Methods: Using data from the Study of Women's Health Across the Nation (SWAN) spanning 1996 to 2008, this study analyzed a sample of 2217 racially diverse premenopausal women (aged 42 to 53 at baseline).
Background: With the decline of global fertility, drug therapeutic of ectopic pregnancy is of great significance. is using for embryo killing as herbal medicine. Shikonin is the critical nucleus of ; however, the mechanism is still unclear.

However, its therapeutic efficacy is hampered by the development of chemoresistance. Pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2), a crucial mediator of the final step in glycolysis, has been implicated in the origination and advancement of diverse malignancies.

MCM6 is upregulated in multiple malignancies and is considered a novel diagnostic biomarker. However, the functional contributions and prognostic value of MCM6 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) remain unexplored.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of hyperoside against cyclophosphamide (Cy) -induced ovarian damage and reduced fertility. This study consists of two parts: in vivo experiments using Cy intraperitoneal injections to simulate clinical chemotherapy sessions and in vitro experiments using 4-HC, a precursor of an activated form of Cy, to intervene in human granulosa-like cell line (KGN).

Background: Albeit oxidative stress has been implied in the pathogenesis of tubal pregnancy (TP), there are scant data to suggest that ferroptosis occurs in TP. Shikonin plays a pivotal role in redox status, but whether it can regulate ferroptosis to treat TP remains unknown.
Methods: We collected and analyzed ferroptosis-related indices from the villous tissue (VT) of women suffering from TP and from women with a normal pregnancy.

The study aimed to investigate the mechanism of the effect of Compound Tufuling Granules (CTG) to lower the serum uric acid level in a rat model of hyperuricemia. The rat model was established by administering hypoxanthine through oral gavage and potassium oxonate through intraperitoneal injection. Rats were divided into the normal group, model group, CTG group, and allopurinol group.
