Background: Dystonia is a common hyperkinetic movement disorder observed in various genetic, infective, drug-induced, and autoimmune disorders. Autoimmune disorders can present with isolated or combined acute or subacute dystonia. The pattern and approach to dystonia in autoimmune disorders are poorly described and have never been established in a structured manner.

Background: About 70-90% of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients have olfactory deficits which is considered as pre-motor symptom of PD. Lewy bodies have been demonstrated in the olfactory bulb (OB) in PD.
Objective: To assess the OB volume (OBV), olfactory sulcus depth (OSD) in PD and compare with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), multiple system atrophy (MSA) and vascular parkinsonism (VP) patients and determine the cut-off volume of OB that will aid in the diagnosis of PD.

Introduction: The ongoing coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has witnessed rampant use of the repurposed drug, remdesivir, despite its conflicting evidence and rapidly changing guidelines.
Methods: A cross-sectional, country-wide, questionnaire-based, electronic survey was conducted among the healthcare professionals involved in COVID-19 management from April 18 to May 18, 2021.
Results: Out of 231 responses, 185 were included.

Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is an arbovirus endemic to South Asia with frequent outbreaks. A wide spectrum of neurological complications has been described in Chikungunya infections. Myeloneuropathy is a rare complication seen in Chikungunya and is proposed to have an underlying immune mediated pathogenesis.
