The group, composed of children with probable Developmental Coordination Disorder or low motor competence, consisted of 57 participants, and the duration of a Movement-Based Intervention was 27 sessions allocated in nine weeks.

Diastereoselective Addition of Prochiral Nucleophilic Alkenes to α-Chiral -Sulfonyl Imines.

The Lewis-acid-promoted addition of prochiral - and -allyl nucleophiles to chiral α-alkoxy -tosyl imines is described. Alkene geometry is selectively transferred to the newly formed carbon-carbon bond, resulting in stereochemical control of C1, C2, and C3 of the resulting 2-alkoxy-3--tosyl-4-alkyl-5-hexene products. A computational analysis to elucidate the high selectivity is also presented.

1,3-Asymmetric Induction in Diastereoselective Allylations of Chiral -Tosyl Imines.

Lewis acid mediated allylations of β-alkoxy -tosyl imines using allyltrimethylsilane lead to 3-alkoxy homoallylic -tosyl amines with selectivity. Two methods of Cu(OTf)-mediated allylations are reported herein, demonstrating that diastereoselectivity can be achieved through 1,3 acyclic stereocontrol of β-chiral aldimines. Observed selectivity trends and computational evidence suggest selectivity arises through the formation of a six-membered ring chelate.

Background: Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a biomaterial widely used in the field of regenerative medicine. The purpose of this work was to analyze the structure and biomolecular characteristics of PRF through nine centrifugation parameters (CP) for its preparation, using a pool of blood samples of five volunteers.

Methods: The PRF obtained was analyzed by morphological and histological characteristics, as well as electronic and atomic force microscopy and growth factors determinations.

We analyze the functional connectivity of the cortico-cardiac-muscular network during muscle fatigability due to exercise. For our experiments, we recruited ten volunteers who performed two cycling routines. Our volunteers were classified according to physical activity level as active or sedentary.
