Protein functions are tightly associated with their locations and can be dynamically regulated by movement between cellular regions. Traditional methods, such as fluorescent protein-based imaging and fractionation-coupled proteomics, have fundamental limitations in the unbiased discovery of protein trafficking events. Proximity labeling (PL) technology has emerged as a versatile tool in spatial proteomics based on genetically encoded promiscuous enzymes, which generate reactive species to tag endogenous proteins.

However, effectively capturing multi-scale features and spatial context information of complex organizational structures remains a challenge. To address this, we propose a novel network structure based on the U-Net backbone.

Zebrafish embryos were pretreated with varying concentrations of theabrownin before ethanol exposure, followed by an assessment of their developmental morphology, oxidative stress markers, and metabolic pathways. The 100 µg/mL dose yielded the most significant reduction in malformations, while the 50 µg/mL and 200 µg/mL doses also demonstrated moderate improvements.

In this study, the low-temperature rapid catalytic pyrolysis was realized using Beta zeolite to assist in remediating weathered petroleum-contaminated saline-alkali soil. Under the action of Beta zeolite, the removal efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons reached 81% after pyrolysis treatment for 10 min at 250 °C, which was reduced to regulatory standard.

These meat parts were subjected to a lipidomics analysis using UHPLC-Q-Obitrap. Several computational tools, including feature-based molecular networks, ms-dial, and lipidone, were used to perform deep mining on the entire dataset.
