This paper studies the effect of public debt on environmental debt by considering the top ten highly indebted countries with annual periods from 1996 to 2022, exploring both the theoretical framework and empirical evidence. For the empirical investigation, the study employs the panel ARDL model, and the robustness of these results is confirmed from the FGLS model. The findings indicate that at the initial level of public debt, it is a "Curse" and at a higher level of public debt, it is a "Benediction" for environmental debt, with the turning point around 99 % of public debt to GDP.

The distribution and availability of water resources have been greatly impacted by global climate change and unsustainable human activities. This has resulted in increased pressure on surface water supplies, human consumption and socioeconomic growth. Although water management requires monitoring, a substantial amount of water consumption globally, including both groundwater and surface water, remains unmeasured.

For a living cell to be growing, cell division and differentiation is highly essential. Cancer is characterised by uncontrollable cell division and invasion of other tissues due to dysregulation in the cell cycle.

India, with its rapidly growing economy, has an increasing demand for energy consumption. This study thus adds to the energy-economic growth literature by exploring the effect of renewable (hydro and nuclear) and non-renewable (coal and oil) energy consumption by different sources on the economic growth of India, spanning from 1985 to 2021. The ARDL estimator is used to assess the short- and long-run growth effectiveness of the explanatory variables, while the variance decomposition analysis (VDA) is employed to examine the degree to which one variable can explain the change in variance of another variable.

(Dilleniaceae), also known as elephant apple was subjected to acute and sub-acute toxicological study to document its safety issues for use as fumigant. The enriched fractions were orally administered to both sexes of BALB/c mice at doses of 200, 800 and 1600 mg/kg bw for acute toxicity, and 50 and 500 mg/kg bw for 14 days of sub-acute toxicity.
