This multicentre retrospective study investigated the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, and fluconazole resistance rates of Candida species in osteoarticular infections across Turkey as well as the factors influencing complete recovery. Data were gathered from 73 adult patients diagnosed with proven or probable Candida-associated osteoarticular infections between 2015 and 2025 from 20 healthcare centres. The most common clinical presentation was spondylodiscitis, followed by the involvement of phalangeal bones in the hands and feet.

Objective: This study aimed to identify key predictors of mortality in patients with Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF). Our specific goals included characterizing the demographic and clinical features of hospitalized CCHF patients in Türkiye, determining factors associated with mortality among these patients, and evaluating the impact of early ribavirin administration.

Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 1103 CCHF patients across 18 hospitals in Türkiye from January 1, 2019, to November 20, 2024.

Objective: With the increase in the incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) in recent years, diabetic foot ulcers (DFU), which are common and serious chronic complications of diabetes, have also become widespread. Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a life-threatening clinical pathologic syndrome caused by a variety of diseases. We report a case of DAH related to therapy of warfarin use. In this case report, we present the diffuse alveolar hemorrhage case as a rare and life-threatening complication of warfarin.
