Unlabelled: In this study, the presence and concentration of Zearalenone (ZEN), Nivalenol (NIV), and trichothecene (T-2) in beer were analyzed, and non-carcinogenic risk was assessed using the target hazard quotient (THQ). The search was conducted in Embase, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed until February 26, 2024. Seven articles with 46 data reports were included in the study.

Pollen is a widespread environmental allergen linked to various allergic conditions, including rhinitis and asthma. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the association between pollen exposure and allergy risk, considering different pollen concentrations, age groups, exposure settings, type of study, and geographic regions. Search was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus from 1 January 2000 to 20 February 2025.

This study examined the concentration and occurrence of deoxynivalenol (DON) in beer and calculated the health risk to consumers using the target hazard quotient (THQ). The analysis considered the country and type of DON subgroups. Searches were performed in databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, and PubMed from 1 January 2000, to 20 February 2024.

Malachite Green (MG) is an antibiotic with antifungal activity, which is illegal to use in agriculture due to its mutagenic and teratogenic properties. Several scientific papers have been published on MG in fish. Therefore, an attempt was made to determine the meta-analysis concentration of MG in fish based on countries and types of fish subgroups, as well as the health risks of consumers, using the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) model.
