Background/objectives: Dual task (DT) training consists of practicing exercises while simultaneously performing a concurrent motor or cognitive task. This training modality seems to have beneficial effects on both domains. Various forms of DT training have been implemented for older adults in recent years, but no official guidelines currently exist.

Neuromuscular data of the jump performance could be provided by surface Electromyography (EMG). While from a biomechanical and technical point of view, there are articles that support the two vertical jumps, less is published regarding surface EMG and the jumps.

Mobile health (m-health) applications have emerged as a promising solution to bridge oral health education gaps and improve dental care access. This narrative review aimed to examine the available dental m-health applications designed for children with cognitive and physical impairments, exploring the perspectives of children, parents/caregivers, and dentists regarding their use and potential contribution to oral health.

CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology has revolutionized plant breeding by offering precise and rapid modifications. Traditional breeding methods are often slow and imprecise, whereas CRISPR/Cas9 allows for targeted genetic improvements. Previously, direct delivery of Cas9-single guide RNA (sgRNA) ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes to grapevine () protoplasts has been demonstrated, but successful regeneration of edited protoplasts into whole plants has not been achieved.

Method: One hundred two participants were included in the study. Body composition was analyzed by bioimpedance, and three thermal imaging were taken before, at the end, and 5 min after a vigorous exercise.

A growing body of research highlights the positive impact of regular physical activity on improving physical and mental health. On the other hand, physical inactivity is one of the leading risk factors for noncommunicable diseases and death worldwide. Exercise profoundly impacts various body districts, including the central nervous system.

However, no one has ever studied the effect of visceral fat (VF) on heart rate (HR) trends during and after exercise by using bioimpedance analysis (BIA). This study aims to investigate BIA variables as predictors of HR trends during vigorous exercise.

This comprehensive review aimed to elucidate the oral, perioral, and systemic manifestations of hypersensitivity reactions in orthodontic subjects, focusing on patients with fixed appliances, removable appliances, and clear aligners, and detailing their epidemiology, macroscopic and microscopic features, allergy testing, clinical implications, and specific management strategies. Oral and extra-oral manifestations of (immediate and delayed) hypersensitivity reactions occur rarely and are due to the release of metal and non-metal ions from orthodontic appliances.

The grapevine ( L.) is widely cultivated worldwide owing to the substantial commercial value of the grapes and other products derived from their processing, wines in particular. The grapevine is characterized by a remarkable phenotypic plasticity within the same variety, which shapes the final berry quality attributes hence reflecting the complex interactions between the plant and the environment leading to the expression of wine typicity.

Here, we report the role of NAC61, a grapevine NAC transcription factor, in regulating different processes involved in berry ripening progression. NAC61 is highly expressed during post-harvest berry dehydration and its expression pattern is closely related to sugar concentration.
