The progression of OSCC is driven by several molecular mechanisms, among them the overexpression of transcription factor RelA, which plays a crucial role by correlating with the clinicopathological characteristics.
Methods: This systematic investigation focused on identifying the top 25 crucial molecular descriptors to predict the RelA inhibitor through the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR)-based artificial neural network model.

Materials And Methods: Standard MOD inlays with proximal box preparations extending 3 mm apical to the cementoenamel junction were prepared on forty sound premolars (n = 10) randomly divided into four groups: inlays without DME and without IDS (G1); inlays without DME but with IDS (G2); inlays with DME but without IDS (G3); and inlays with both techniques applied (G4). Composite resin was applied incrementally to elevate the proximal cervical margin coronally to the cementoenamel junction.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the associations of anaemia status and body mass index (BMI) with asthma severity in adult subjects.
Methods: The study included 300 adults who had asthma and admitted to King Abdulaziz Medical City from about 2017 to 2022. The subjects' demographic data, BMI, anaemia status, and number of asthma-related hospital admissions were analyzed.

MATERIAL AND METHODS A structured questionnaire covering symptom intensity and presence or absence of TMJ clicking and joint hypermobility in patients with confirmed temporomandibular disorder symptoms was completed by patients. Mouth opening and maximum incisor height was measured in millimeters.
