Introduction: Giant cell tumour (GCT) of bone is a rare, benign yet locally aggressive neoplasm that frequently involves the epiphyseal-metaphyseal regions of long bones, especially around the knee.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective study evaluated 31 patients who underwent surgical treatment for GCT around the knee at a tertiary care center, with a minimum follow-up of 1 year. Patients were staged radiologically using Campanacci grading, with 11 Grade II and 20 Grade III tumors included.
