Non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD), such as insomnia and restless legs syndrome (RLS), tend to worsen and become refractory as neurodegeneration progresses. We report the case of a 72-year-old female with a six-year history of PD and two-and-half-year history of insomnia and refractory RLS. We added a neuroprotective agent, , to the existing treatment regimen for her insomnia.

To understand the possible reason for these breakthroughs, we collected 677 clinical samples (throat swab/nasal swabs) of individuals from 17 states/Union Territories of the country who had received two doses ( = 592) and one dose ( = 85) of vaccines and tested positive for COVID-19. These cases were telephonically interviewed and clinical data were analyzed.

High rates of transmission and deaths from complicated malaria guided us to conduct a prospective observational cohort study to evaluate the factors associated with poor outcome and prognosis in patients of CM.
Materials And Methods: We admitted 112 patients to the Bandarpara and Damodarpur Tribal Health Centers (THCs) between 2011 and 2013 with a strict diagnosis of CM.

Among the ectopic breasts, an ectopic breast tissue on vulva is an extremely rare case, especially in adult period. To our knowledge only 38 cases of ectopic breast tissue on vulva are documented in the world literature, out of which only 10 cases of unilateral ectopic breast tissue on vulva has been reported. Because of its rarity here we report a case of unilateral ectopic breast tissue on vulva in an adult female.

Unlabelled: Volvulus of transverse colon is a rare cause of large bowel obstruction. To our knowledge only 75 cases have been reported in the world literature and additionally only three cases of transverse colon volvulus with Chilaiditis syndrome have been reported to date. Because of its rarity here we report a case of transverse colon volvulus which was indeed associated with Chilaiditis syndrome.

A dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the retro-peritoneum of a 45-year-old female is described in this case report. It showed dedifferentiation into a histological low-grade type and thus defies the traditional definition of dedifferentiated liposarcoma. The excised specimen was a huge, multi-nodular encapsulated mass surrounding the kidney and infiltrating into it.
