Zwitterionic materials have traditionally been recognized as exceptional antifouling agents, imparting nanocarriers with extended circulation times . Despite much studies on antifouling ability, the responsive zwitterionic materials that change physicochemical properties stimulated by mild signals are much less explored. As is known, there are multiple biological barriers in antitumor drug delivery, including the blood circulation barrier, non-specific organ distribution, elevated tumor interstitial pressure, tumor cytomembrane barrier, and lysosomal barrier.

Radix entomolaris (RE) characterized by an extra root in mandibular molars is a rare phenotype. When this condition coincides with complex root canal curvatures or S-shaped canals, root canal therapy (RCT) challenges arise. The present study presents three cases of RE along with complex root curvatures.

Steroid hormone receptors are key mediators in the execution of hormone action through a combination of genomic and non-genomic action. Since their isolation and characterisation in the early 20th Century much of our understanding of the biological actions of steroid hormones are underpinned by their activated receptor activity. Over the past two decades there has been an acceleration of more omics-based research which has resulted in a major uptick in our comprehension of genomic steroid action.
