Complication Rates are Low for Women Aged 70 and Older Undergoing Sacrocolpopexy.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Aging may place patients at greater risk for adverse perioperative outcomes. We hypothesized that women undergoing minimally invasive (MIS) sacrocolpopexy aged ≥ 70 years are more likely to experience adverse events (AE) within 8 weeks of surgery.

Methods: We performed a secondary analysis of a retrospective study on perioperative adverse events in women ≥ 61 years old undergoing prolapse surgery at a single academic center from January 2016 to May 2023.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of various physical therapy interventions on fatigue and quality of life in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) using a network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs).

Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane databases through April 1, 2025. Eligible RCTs compared different exercise interventions in MS patients, focusing on fatigue and quality of life outcomes.

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the prognostic performance of a nomogram integrating clinical parameters with deep learning radiomics (DLRN) features derived from ultrasound and multi-sequence magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for predicting survival, recurrence, and metastasis in patients diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).

Methods: This retrospective, multicenter study included 103 patients with histopathologically confirmed TNBC across four institutions. The training group comprised 72 cases from the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang, while the validation group included 31 cases from three external centers.

Lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (LA-HLH) is a life-threatening hyperinflammatory syndrome, and hierarchical management based on a prognostic model is important. The endothelial activation and stress index (EASIX) score has demonstrated prognostic utility in recipients of allogeneic stem cell transplantation and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. However, its role in LA-HLH remains unestablished.

Previous studies have shown that the pre-transplant C-reactive protein (CRP)/platelet ratio (CP ratio) is a predictor of survival. The aim of this multicenter retrospective study was to evaluate the clinical significance of CP ratio in patients with malignant lymphoma (ML) who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHCT). The cohort included patients with ML who underwent first alloHCT from 2007 to 2021.
