The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device's effectiveness and safety have been thoroughly assessed in several clinical practice trials. The availability of new WEB sizes expanded the indications for the endovascular treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms. We retrospectively analysed data from all patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with a 6 × 2 or 7 × 2 WEB in two institutions; endovascular embolization was performed both in unruptured and ruptured aneurysms. Seven patients with 7 wide-necked aneurysms were included; one aneurysm was ruptured. All aneurysms involved the anterior circulation. Technical success of embolization performed with flat WEB devices was accomplished and no intraprocedural complications occurred. At 3 months follow-up, adequate occlusion was obtained for six treated aneurysms. With the availability of new WEB sizes, broad-based aneurysms with unfavourable height and aspect ratio are suitable for embolization using intrasaccular flow disruption in our preliminary experience; larger series are needed to confirm their long-term efficacy.

Purpose: To compare the clinical features, multimodal imaging characteristics, and treatment outcomes of primary and secondary large retinal capillary aneurysms (LRCA).
Methods: A total of 34 eyes were included: seven with primary LRCA and 27 with secondary LRCA. All patients underwent fundus photography, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and fundus fluorescein angiography.

Purpose: Cerebral aneurysms are blood-filled bulges that form at weak points in blood vessel walls, and their rupture can lead to life-threatening consequences. Given the high risk associated with these aneurysms, thorough examination and analysis are essential for determining appropriate treatment. While existing tools such as ANEULYSIS and its web-based counterpart WEBANEULYSIS provide interactive means for analyzing simulated aneurysm data, they lack support for collaborative analysis, which is crucial for enhancing interpretation and improving treatment decisions in medical team meetings.

We report a 64-year-old woman who developed symptomatic vasospasm on postoperative day 7 after clipping of an unruptured right middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysm. Imaging revealed right MCA vasospasm, which resolved with oral antiplatelets and intravenous vasodilators. She was discharged without neurological deficits.
