Supervised exercise therapy (SET) is a first-line treatment for patients with symptomatic peripheral artery disease (PAD). However, its impact on inflammation, as well as the relationship between inflammation and functional improvements, remain poorly understood. In this prospective, single-arm study, 51 patients with symptomatic PAD underwent a 12-week multimodal SET program.

Purpose: To investigate associations among expanded field swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) biomarkers and the development of tractional retinal detachment (TRD) in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).
Methods: Patients with PDR without TRD at baseline were imaged with SS-OCTA. Quantitative and qualitative OCTA metrics were independently evaluated by two trained graders.

Aims: Fetal circulation undergoes complex changes in congenital heart disease (CHD) that are challenging to assess with fetal echocardiography. This study aimed to assess clinical feasibility and diagnostic value of 4D flow cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) in fetal CHD.
Methods And Results: Pregnant women in advanced third trimester pregnancy with fetal CHD were prospectively recruited for fetal CMR between 08/2021 and 11/2024.

Introduction: Quantitative computed tomography (qCT) provides detailed spatial assessments of lung structure and function, while electrical impedance tomography (EIT) offers high temporal resolution for analyzing breathing patterns but lacks structural detail. This study investigates the correlation between qCT-based spatial variables and EIT-based temporal signals to elucidate the physiological relationships between these two modalities.
Methods: Six participants with asthma underwent pulmonary function tests (PFTs) before and after bronchodilator inhalation.

Background: Disruption of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in high-grade brain tumors is characterized by contrast accumulation on diagnostic imaging. This window of opportunity study correlates contrast imaging features with the tumor distribution of BBB-permeable (levetiracetam) and -impermeable (cefazolin) drugs.
Methods: Patients with a clinical diagnosis of a high-grade brain tumor underwent MRI for surgical planning.
