Rationale: Pulmonary pseudoaneurysm resulting from infective endocarditis is a rare complication in patients with congenital heart disease who have undergone conduit placement.
Patient Concerns: In this article, we report a rare case of late-onset bacterial infective endocarditis complicated by a pseudoaneurysm and severe pulmonary valve regurgitation in a 16-year-old girl with double-outlet right ventricle, ventricular septal defect, and pulmonary stenosis, who had previously undergone a Rastelli procedure at age 15.
Diagnoses: Based on the patient's medical history and transthoracic echocardiography examinations and cardiac computed tomography angiography, a definitive diagnosis of late-onset bacterial infective endocarditis complicated by a pseudoaneurysm and severe pulmonary valve regurgitation was established.

We report a 7-year-old boy with tetralogy of Fallot who developed a right ventricular pseudoaneurysm one year after right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction with a 17 mm pulmonary homograft. Urgent reoperation revealed proximal homograft dehiscence. Repair was performed using an Invengenx® pericardial patch.

Persistent sciatic artery is an uncommon congenital lower limb vascular variant resulting from persistent embryonic vasculature. While up to 20% of individuals remain asymptomatic, the most frequently seen complication associated with this artery is the development of a pseudoaneurysm in the gluteal region (48%). Pseudoaneurysms may result in thrombosis, embolisation into distal vessels and radicular pain due to compression of the adjacent sciatic nerve.
