Digital health technologies have gained acceptance in paediatric growth hormone (GH) therapy, supporting patients and caregivers in their treatment journey with healthcare professionals (HCPs) playing a pivotal role. Understanding HCPs' perspectives regarding the adoption and recommendation of digital health devices with a connected ecosystem for remote monitoring of real-time adherence is essential for aiding clinical decisions and timely interventions. The results from a participatory workshop in Taiwan involving nine paediatric endocrinologists, exploring the risks and benefits of integrating digital health solutions such as Aluetta® with Smartdot™ and Growzen™ ecosystem (Merck Healthcare KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany) for GH therapy are presented. These findings emphasise the importance of novelty in digitalisation and evidence-based treatment strategies to motivate patients achieve growth improvement.

Background: Electronic health records (EHRs) are a cornerstone of modern health care delivery, but their current configuration often fragments information across systems, impeding timely and effective clinical decision-making. In gynecological oncology, where care involves complex, multidisciplinary coordination, these limitations can significantly impact the quality and efficiency of patient management. Few studies have examined how EHR systems support clinical decision-making from the perspective of end users.

Background: Labor shortages in health care pose significant challenges to sustaining high-quality care for people with intellectual disabilities. Social robots show promise in supporting both people with intellectual disabilities and their health care professionals; yet, few are fully developed and embedded in productive care environments. Implementation of such technologies is inherently complex, requiring careful examination of facilitators and barriers influencing sustained use.

Background: Circumcision is a widely practiced procedure with cultural and medical significance. However, certain penile abnormalities-such as hypospadias or webbed penis-may contraindicate the procedure and require specialized care. In low-resource settings, limited access to pediatric urologists often leads to missed or delayed diagnoses.
