Background: Labor shortages in health care pose significant challenges to sustaining high-quality care for people with intellectual disabilities. Social robots show promise in supporting both people with intellectual disabilities and their health care professionals; yet, few are fully developed and embedded in productive care environments. Implementation of such technologies is inherently complex, requiring careful examination of facilitators and barriers influencing sustained use.

Introduction: Transgerational transmitted trauma is the transmission of psychological injuries between generations. This article uses two case vignettes to explore selected schema therapy approaches that help clients process transgenerationally transmitted trauma from their ancestors. Specific methods of imagery rescripting and chair work enable clients to transform maladaptive patterns of experiencing into healthier coping strategies, support better stress management, improve emotional regulation and communication in relationships, and encourage more profound relationships with themselves and others.

This comprehensive review synthesizes recent evidence on effective strategies to reduce readmission rates through patient education, self-care interventions, and systemic reforms. Structured education-particularly when reinforced postdischarge through methods like teach-back, tele-coaching, and home visits-has consistently demonstrated improved self-management, symptom recognition, and quality of life.

A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining ethnographic observation, survey-based data, and cognitive measures with AI-informed frameworks such as voice emotion recognition and neural synchrony modeling.
