Bone stress injury is a common musculoskeletal condition presenting with insidious bony pain that is progressive and occurs with a number of intrinsic or extrinsic risk factors, particularly with a recent change in training. When elicited, the presence of bony tenderness remains the most important component of the physical exam, although reproduction at deeper sites is a challenge and requires a high index of suspicion and imaging for diagnosis. MRI should be utilized as the gold standard for diagnosis, grading, and return-to-sport timing prognosis when available, with plain radiographs used as first-line imaging.

Tobacco use is the primary contributor to disease and death in the United States, and cigarette smoking is the leading risk factor for lung cancer. Safe and effective treatments for tobacco dependence exist; however, access to and use of tobacco treatment remains low. The most recent Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services National Coverage Determination requires a shared decision-making visit for lung cancer screening that includes counseling on the importance of maintaining cigarette smoking abstinence if a person formerly smoked; or the importance of smoking cessation if a person currently smokes and, if appropriate, furnishing of information about tobacco-cessation interventions.

Background: Invasive central nervous system (CNS) aspergillosis is rare among human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-positive patients due to preserved neutrophil function, despite significant CD4+ T-cell depletion. Diagnosis typically requires histopathologic confirmation, but polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing has introduced new challenges due to its high sensitivity but limited specificity.
Case Presentation: We describe a newly diagnosed 43-year-old HIV-positive male with concurrent Hodgkin lymphoma who presented with progressive neurological decline and a ring-enhancing brain lesion.

Unlabelled: Bariatric surgery has emerged as a highly effective treatment option for individuals with obesity. Severe hypoalbuminaemia is a feared complication after a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. It is characterised by a low serum albumin level of <25 g/l, neither explained by renal losses, protein-losing enteropathy nor by liver disfunction, and is associated with high morbidity and mortality.

Background: Sexually transmitted infections are a significant public health concern, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, where their prevalence remains high. Promoting awareness and reducing stigma are essential strategies for addressing this challenge, but those affected often have limited access to accurate and culturally appropriate health information. Therefore, innovative solutions are essential to enhance sexual health literacy and encourage informed health-seeking behaviors.
