Occlusal rehabilitation is an effective means of treating tooth wear, edentulous jaws and other oral diseases. Among them, full-mouth fixed occlusal reconstruction can effectively restore aesthetics and function, but the complexity of the clinical process, the high sensitivity of the technique, and the high incidence of various complications have always drawn much attention. With the application and development of digital technology in occlusal rehabilitation, the treatment outcome has been improved compared with traditional treatment. However, there are many kinds of digital technology with different efficacy, how to build an efficiently standardized digital clinical technical solution is a current difficulty. Therefore, combined with the long-term work of the department of prosthodontics in our hospital, in this paper, the minimum (occlusal perception of thickness) and maximum (centric relation) geometric quantities which should be paid attention to during reconstruction are put forward. We systematically organized the clinical procedure of digital full-mouth fixed occlusal rehabilitation used in our department for a long time. In conclusion, a 5-stage 19-step or n-step solution (5-19N for short) characterized by "from large to small" restorative space splitting logic is proposed. It has a certain reference value for the future use of digital technology to deal with complex occlusal rehabilitation cases.

Functional reconstruction of large mandibular defects, especially in young patients, presents a significant clinical challenge. The ideal approach should not only restore skeletal contour but also address nerve deficits and facilitate final occlusal rehabilitation, all while minimizing morbidity. This report describes a comprehensive, multi-staged strategy for such a case.

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of biofeedback (BF) as a potential educational treatment for temporomandibular disorders (TMD) through a systematic review and a network meta-analysis.
Methods: A systematic search was conducted across five electronic databases (PubMed, Web of Science, PEDro, Scopus, and Cochrane Library) to identify clinical trials using BF as a therapeutic intervention in patients diagnosed with TMD according to RDC/TMD or DC/TMD criteria. A frequentist fixed-effects network meta-analysis was performed with robust variance estimation to account for within-study correlations in the repeated measures.

Introduction: The aim of this study is to report the case of nonclassical congenital adrenal hyperplasia (NCAH) observed in a female child, and to present the management of the surgical-orthodontic rehabilitation, through clinical and histological oral findings.
Method: A 13-year-old female was referred to our department for dental evaluation. The patient was affected by NCAH, confirmed by hormonal and genetic analysis from the age of 6 years, due to the appearance of premature pubic hair.

Objectives: Endogenous metalloproteinases (MMPs) lead to dentin collagen degradation when exposed to demineralizing events, such as during the cariogenic process. Quaternary ammonium compounds are known to be antibacterial, and there is also evidence for their action as a MMP inhibitor. The aim of this study was to evaluate a quaternary ammonium-based methacrylate (dimethylaminohexadecyl methacrylate - DMAHDM, QAM) as an experimental adhesive, tested for bond stability and gap formation under physiologically-relevant conditions using a bioreactor system.
