Purpose: The fourth phase of the Electronic Medical Records and Genome Network (eMERGE4) is testing the return of 10 polygenic risk scores (PRS) across multiple clinics. Understanding the perspectives of health-system leaders and frontline clinicians can inform plans for implementation of PRS.
Methods: Fifteen health-system leaders and 20 primary care providers (PCPs) took part in semi-structured interviews.

Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) management was largely centered around renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitors (RAASi) optimization, until recent emergence of novel therapeutics. However, slow adoption of guideline-directed therapy leaves patients vulnerable to disease progression. In 2022, a data-driven informatics approach was introduced to track real-time adherence to best practices.

Introduction: The Australian Guide to the Diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), developed in 2016, is currently under review. This study aimed to understand how the Guide is used in practice and identify factors influencing its implementation.
Methods: A cross-sectional online survey was conducted with Australian health practitioners involved in the assessment and diagnosis of FASD.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of GDMT on both cardiac and non-cardiac mortality in AMI patients.
Methods: Data of the KAMIR-NIH, a multicenter prospective registry of AMI in Korea between 2011 and 2015, were included.
