Tracking by natural language specification requires trackers to jointly perform grounding and tracking tasks. Existing methods either use separate models or a single shared network, failing to account for the link and diversity between tasks jointly. In this paper, we propose a novel framework that performs dynamic task switching to customize its network path routing for each task within a unified model. For this purpose, we design a task-switchable attention module, which enables the acquisition of modal relation patterns with different dominant modalities for each task via dynamic task switching. In addition, to alleviate the inconsistency between the static language description and the dynamic target appearance during tracking, we propose a language renovation mechanism that renovates the initial language online via visual-context-aware linguistic prompting. Extensive experimental results on five datasets demonstrate that the proposed method performs favorably against state-of-the-art approaches for both grounding and tracking. Background: Existing research fails to address the complex nature of nonspecific chronic lower back pain (cLBP ) despite its detrimental effect on economic, societal, and medical expenditures.
Objectives: We developed a nurse-led, mobile-delivered self-management intervention-Problem-Solving Pain to Enhance Living Well (PROPEL-M)-and evaluated its usability, feasibility, and initial efficacy for South Korean adults with nonspecific cLBP.
Methods: This study was composed of two phases: (a) lab and field usability testing for a gamified mobile device application; and (b) a pilot study employing a one-arm pre-test and post-test design among adults aged 18-60 years with nonspecific cLBP.

The natural tracers δO and δH are essential for tracing hydrological processes by identifying water sources, tracking evaporation loss and floodwater dynamics to enhance water management and flood mitigation strategies. This study employed this approach in the ephemeral, endorheic Cuvelai-Etosha Basin (CEB), spanning northern Namibia and southern Angola, to determine its viability in capturing spatial and temporal hydrological patterns, their timing and interactions during a medium flood condition (2017), and contrasted with a drought year (2014). During the 2017 wet season 219 grab surface water samples were collected from ephemeral waterbodies in four sampling campaigns (February, March, April and May) in addition to a single campaign in May 2014 (63 samples).

The global outbreak of the mpox in humans, caused by the mpox virus (MPXV), underscores the urgent need for safe and effective therapeutics. In this study, we characterized the dominant MPXV immunogens, M1R and B6R, by sequencing monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) from the immunized mice and analyzing their epitopes and functions through in vitro and in vivo assessments of binding and antiviral activities. Several broadly effective anti-M1R and anti-B6R neutralizing MAbs were identified and they exhibited enhanced antiviral effects against MPXV or vaccinia virus (VACV) when used in antibody cocktail and bispecific antibody designs.
