The majority of the literature contains outcomes of paediatric otoplasty with multiple surgeons' outcomes. However, to date, a single surgeon's case series numbering over 1000 adult cases in the same center has not been published. Cosmetic ear surgery in adults requires a completely different approach compared with children for the operating surgeon regarding assessment and technique.

Background And Aims: Despite therapeutic advances, resection rates in Crohn's disease remain high. Kono-S is a novel anastomosis for ileocolonic resections; however, its altered configuration may challenge standard endoscopic assessment, particularly in the absence of validated scoring tools. This study evaluated the endoscopic assessment of Kono-S anastomosis anatomy and recurrence stratification using Rutgeert's score.

Topic: To compare the outcomes of surgical approaches to correct ametropia following cataract and lens surgery.
Clinical Relevance: Despite advancements in the field of biometry and intraocular lens (IOL) power calculation formulas, complete elimination of refractive surprises following cataract and lens surgery is impossible. Preferred Practice Patterns acknowledges the possibility of refractive surprise following cataract surgery; however, no recommendations regarding the preferred treatment have been given.

Objectives: This study explores the relationship between inhaler visual identification, naming, and adherence outcomes, and evaluates the potential of combining these factors into a screening tool for identifying poor adherence.
Methods: This observational, prospective study included adult patients with COPD, asthma, or asthma+COPD who had been on chronic inhalation therapy for at least the past year. Data were collected through patient interviews and medical records.

We consider correlation functions of two maximal giant gravitons and two light 1/2-BPS (Bogomol'nyi-Prasad-Sommerfield) operators in 4D N=4 SYM (super Yang-Mills). Viewed as two-point correlators in the presence of a zero-dimensional defect, they can be completely fixed at strong coupling using analytic bootstrap techniques. We determine all infinitely such correlators for arbitrary light 1/2-BPS operators and find that the result can be repackaged into a simple generating function thanks to a hidden higher-dimensional symmetry.
