An algorithmic approach to chronic total occlusion (CTO) percutaneous coronary intervention has led to an increase in the success rate and safety of the procedure. The global CTO crossing algorithm is a consensus document that was developed by 121 expert operators from 50 countries and published during the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides standardisation while allowing flexibility in CTO crossing strategy selection, and can facilitate teaching of CTO percutaneous coronary intervention across various regions of the world. In this review, the 10 steps of the global CTO crossing algorithm are discussed in detail.

Introduction: Due to its tonal and syllabic structures, Chinese speakers may encounter unique difficulties when learning native Western operatic techniques. These challenges are particularly evident in balancing pitch control, subglottic pressure, and vowel production. The present study examines how native language influences vocal performance, using the Italian art song Caro mio ben as a test piece for singers from different language backgrounds.

Objective: Epidemiological data on rare spinal cord malformations in children are lacking in France. Using the national hospital discharge database (PMSI), we studied the care trajectories and estimated the morbidity and mortality burden of these conditions.
Study Design: We conducted a nationwide historical cohort study from 2010 to 2020, including children diagnosed with rare spinal cord diseases within the scope of the C-MAVEM network.

Objective: Skin cancer is widely recognized as one of the most perilous diseases on a global scale. Early identification of skin lesions can significantly enhance the treatment effects by aiding in clinical decision-making, hence mitigating the risk of disease progression and metastasis. Unfortunately, the skin images used for training are usually limited and imbalanced.

Background: Mental health issues among middle school students are closely associated with life events and childhood trauma experiences. However, the interactive pathways among these three factors remain unclear. Based on network analysis, this study constructs a network model to identify core nodes (high-intensity symptoms) and bridge nodes (cross-group associated symptoms), aiming to reveal their interaction mechanisms and provide a foundation for targeted interventions in adolescent mental health.

Rationale And Objectives: This study systematically evaluates the diagnostic performance of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven and conventional radiomics models in detecting muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) through meta-analytical approaches. Furthermore, it investigates their potential synergistic value with the Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) and assesses clinical translation prospects.
Methods: This study adhered to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.
