Background: Myocarditis typically presents with chest pain, a raised troponin and is associated with late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR). However, non-resolution of symptoms despite treatment should raise cause for concern that an alternative diagnosis may be present.

Case Summary: A 17-year-old gentleman with a background history of developmental delay, gastrointestinal motility issues, retractile testes, and patellar dislocation presented to our emergency department with chest pain.

Background And Purpose: The target area definition for re-irradiation of recurrent glioma typically relies on T1-weighted gadolinium-enhanced MRI (T1Gd), but T1Gd fails to capture glioma infiltration. While T2 FLAIR and CTV margins can address this limitation, their extend in re-irradiation remains debated to minimize toxicity. In contrast, F-FET-PET imaging can better visualize infiltrative components, improving target definition.

Terbium is a chemical element that has several radioactive isotopes with suitable physical characteristics to be used in medical applications either for imaging or for therapy. This makes terbium a promising element to implement the theranostic approach. For therapeutic applications, Tb (T = 6.
