Background: Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma with a poor prognosis, primarily affecting young adult males, many with a background of immunosuppression or autoimmune disease.
Case: We present the case of a 27-year-old male previously treated with azathioprine who developed pancytopenia. Bone marrow biopsy revealed severe aplasia with partial infiltration by gamma-delta T-lymphocytes (Tγδ).

Background: In UICC stage III colon cancer, guidelines recommend adjuvant chemotherapy. However, specific recommendations for elderly patients remain inconsistent, partly due to their under-representation in randomized trials. This results in a gap between trial populations and the broader patient population, making it difficult to draw conclusions about the benefits of chemotherapy for older patients in clinical routine.

Background: Toxoplasma gondii is a zoonotic parasite, the causative agent of toxoplasmosis, which has global importance owing to its significant socioeconomic, public health, and veterinary burdens. Toxoplasmosis is currently treated with a combination of pyrimethamine and sulfadiazine. These drugs have treatment failures and toxicity and are ineffective against the bradyzoite stage.

Improving the outcome of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) remained an unmet need. The aim of this single-center, phase 2 trial was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of genetic subtype-guided immunochemotherapy (R-ICE-X) in patients with R/R DLBCL: R-ICE-zanubrutinib for MCD-like and BN2-like, R-ICE-lenalidomide for N1-like and NOS, R-ICE-decitabine for TP53, R-ICE-chidamide for EZB-like, and R-ICE-tofacitinib for ST2-like subtype. Enrolled patients were treated with assigned regimens for three cycles, and then responders were treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) or 3 cycles of R-ICE-X consolidation and lenalidomide maintenance.
