Background: Caval valve implantation is currently the only alternative for patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) who are deemed unsuitable candidates for transcatheter orthotopic therapies.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of TricValve system at 1-year follow-up.
Methods: TricBicaval registry is a multicenter registry that retrospectively enrolled all consecutive patients with severe TR treated with TricValve system.

Background: The number of re-biopsied blastocysts is widely increasing in IVF cycles and concerns regarding retesting, which involves double biopsy and vitrification-warming, have been raised. The re-biopsy intervention seems to significantly reduce the pregnancy potential of a blastocyst but the evidence is still restricted to retrospective observational studies reporting a low number of cycles with re-biopsied embryos. Additionally, the neonatal outcomes after the transfer of re-biopsied and re-vitrified embryos are poorly documented to date.

Background: In the last fifty years, assisted reproductive technology (ART) has achieved remarkable breakthroughs, culminating in the birth of 12 million infants. At the heart of ART success is preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), which enables the detection of chromosomal anomalies, single-gene disorders, and structural rearrangements, enhancing embryo selection and mitigating genetic risk. However, current PGT methods, including trophectoderm (TE) biopsy, face limitations such as challenges related to convenience and potential impacts on embryonic health.

Background: This study assessed the possibility of a bridge to recovery using the Berlin Heart EXCOR and the histologic characteristics of pediatric patients with dilated cardiomyopathy accompanied by a left ventricular noncompaction phenotype.
Methods: Of the 17 pediatric patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent Berlin Heart EXCOR implantation between 2013 and 2020, 6 were diagnosed with left ventricular noncompaction association. The patients were classified into 2 groups: the dilated cardiomyopathy group and dilated cardiomyopathy with the left ventricular noncompaction phenotype group.
