Reactogenicity, the occurrence of vaccine side effects, can impact vaccine acceptance. There is limited data comparing the reactogenicity of COVID-19 vaccines to other routinely used vaccines, such as the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY). In a trial of UK adults, participants received a third COVID-19 vaccine dose (NVX-CoV2373, BNT162b2, or mRNA1273) alongside MenACWY as an active control. Compared to MenACWY, we found that mRNA vaccines, particularly mRNA1273, showed the greatest relative increase in side effects, while protein-based NVX-CoV2373 generally elicited similar reactogenicity to MenACWY. These findings suggest that platform type can influence vaccine reactogenicity, and further research is needed to compare COVID-19 vaccines with other routinely administered vaccines.

This caused confusion and vaccine hesitancy among many groups including pregnant and postpartum women.
Objective: The objective of this study was to understand the multilevel factors that influence vaccine decision-making among pregnant and postpartum women in Pakistan, which is crucial for improving vaccine demand among the vulnerable group-pregnant and postpartum women.

Background: There is no consensus for using statins for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and all-cause mortality in adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM), because no randomized controlled trial has exclusively investigated statins in this population.

Background: There is limited data on adult opinions toward school-based vaccination programs, which can supplement clinic-based strategies in the Brazilian public health system. Since 2016, vaccination rates among Brazilian children and adolescents have shown worrisome declines, remaining well below full coverage, including for more recently introduced COVID-19 vaccines.
