Progression of a caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy (CSEP) to a live birth is exceptionally rare. Whether the placenta should be removed during a caesarean section for patients with a CSEP complicated by severe placenta accreta spectrum remains unclear. This report presents the case of a 42-year-old multigravida with two prior caesarean sections who presented with CSEP at 6 weeks.

Patients And Methods: In this multicenter longitudinal study, data from the Spanish Register in AS (AEU-PIEM/2014/0001) were reviewed. The study focused on a cohort of AS patients registered between 2014 and 2019, featuring open inclusion criteria and diverse follow-up strategies.
Results: A total of 3315 AS patients were recruited, with 2881 and 434 categorized into the low and intermediate risk groups based on NCCN grouping at inclusion.

Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a common cutaneous viral infection predominantly affecting children. In this report, we present the case of a five-year-old male with recurrent MC who developed the beginning of the end (BOTE) sign, reflecting an inflammatory response that correlates with imminent lesion resolution. The patient's lesions were monitored without further intervention following the appearance of the BOTE sign, and complete resolution was documented in roughly two months.

Brachial plexus block at the interscalene level is a regional anesthetic technique widely used to provide analgesia in shoulder and upper extremity surgery; However, it is associated with a high incidence of phrenic nerve block with diaphragmatic paralysis which has clinical implications in patients with underlying respiratory disease, showing respiratory difficulty symptoms. As consequence, it has been contraindicated in certain population groups. Once diaphragmatic paralysis and respiratory symptoms are established, management is supportive and expectant.
